Thank you for your interest in participating in the Día de los Muertos celebration! It is with the help of enthusiastic artists, amazing performers, exciting vendors, and committed volunteers that we are able to bring the celebration of Día de los Muertos to the San Luis Obispo community.
CALL TO VENDORS
We invite you to participate by having a vendor booth at the event. Nonprofit and education organizations, vendors with food, art or retail merchandise are all welcome. Themed vendors are highly encouraged and are prioritized in the selection process. The event will take place rain or shine.
SPACES are 10’ x 10’ and vendors must provide their own tables and decor. A limited number of table rentals available upon request. Tents are not required but are encouraged due to possible changing weather conditions. There are a select number of 10’ x 20’ spaces available for food vendors. These larger spaces are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Must have a health food permit to apply to become a food vendor.

- Receive email from us confirming space reservation dependent on submitting paperwork and payment by deadline
- Submit paperwork and payment as possible. Limited spots available on a first come, first serve basis
- Receive email of confirmed booth space reservation
- Receive details for day of schedule two weeks before the event

*Note that no goods or services will be sold at these booths. Educational materials and activities pertaining to Día de los Muertos only.
**A $25 discount is available for vendors who exhibit and sell goods and services that pertain to the cultural tradition of Día de los Muertos and the celebration.
